Chris Chediak Elected Chair of Shriners Children’s Northern California Board of Governors

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that Chris Chediak, shareholder and leader in the Firm’s Chambers-ranked Corporate Practice Group, has been elected Chair of the Board of Governors for Shriners Children’s Northern California. Chris will serve as Chair for the 2027 and 2028 terms.
Chris has served on the hospital’s Board of Governors for nearly six years. In his new leadership role, he will help guide the Board in supporting Shriners Children’s Northern California and its mission to provide specialized pediatric care to children throughout the region.
Chris advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate and business matters, with a particular focus on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, fiduciary matters, and other entity transactions. His experience includes early- and late-stage financings, reorganizations, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, licensing, distribution, and research arrangements. He represents clients across a range of industries, including agribusiness, technology, software, private equity, venture capital, manufacturing, and nonprofit organizations.
