Keaton Turnipseed as an associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice groups, where he represents business owners, investors, and real estate clients in a range of transactional matters. Keaton’s practice focuses on both real estate and general corporate matters, assisting clients with transactions that support their business, investment, and real estate objectives.
Keaton takes a practical, business-minded approach to his practice, working to understand each client’s goals and provide clear, effective guidance throughout the representation. He works with clients on matters involving the acquisition, disposition, ownership, financing, and operation of real estate, as well as a variety of business and corporate transactions, financing, and governance matters.
