Brendan J. Begley Presents at the Placer County Bar Association’s Annual MCLE Conference

On September 5th, 2025, Weintraub *Certified Appellate Law Specialist Brendan J. Begley presented at the Placer County Bar Association’s Annual MCLE Conference in Roseville.
This two-day event featured various substantive classes, including trial advocacy, appeals, Generative A.I. (Ethics), Competency (The Other Bar), new Ethics rules, Implicit Bias, and technology. There were also breakout sessions for civil law, criminal law, family law, estate planning, and probate law.
Brendan presented “How to Avoid Sinking Your Civil Appeal Before It Sets Sail” on day one of the event, directly after breakfast and the opening welcome, from 9 am to 10:30 am.
