Rishita Mehta is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice group.
Rishita represents individuals and businesses in a variety of general litigation disputes. Her practice encompasses multiple aspects of litigation, including research and motion practice, discovery strategy, and preparation for trial. She approaches each matter with a deep understanding of her clients’ business and legal objectives.
Rishita earned her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law. During her time in law school, she was a writing tutor for incoming first-year law students. Rishita also served as a board member for UC Davis Law’s MENASA-LSA and as an Internal Competitions Chair for the UC Davis Moot Court Honors Board. Rishita was also previously a summer associate with Weintraub Tobin in 2024 while she was earning her law degree.
In her free time, Rishita enjoys traveling, expanding her cooking horizons, and visiting new coffee shops—ideally with a book in hand.
