Weintraub Tobin Named One of the Sacramento Business Journal’s 2026 Best Places to Work

Weintraub Tobin is honored to be recognized as one of Sacramento’s Best Places to Work in 2026 by the Sacramento Business Journal for the fifth consecutive year.

Best Places to Work is an annual award given by the Sacramento Business Journal to local area companies whose staff reported high rates of employee satisfaction in a survey administered by employee engagement data company Quantum Workplace. Employees were asked about workplace culture, benefits, flexibility, compensation, and other factors that contribute to employee engagement and satisfaction.

“What makes this recognition meaningful is that it reflects the experience of our people,” said Gary Bradus, Weintraub Tobin’s Managing Shareholder. “At Weintraub Tobin, culture is not something we talk about once a year, it is reflected in the way our attorneys and staff collaborate, mentor, problem-solve, and support one another every day.”

Weintraub Tobin is proud to be included among the 55 companies recognized as 2026 Best Places to Work honorees in the Sacramento region. The honorees will be celebrated at the Sacramento Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards event on August 20, 2026.

Weintraub Tobin’s firm culture revolves around mutual respect, open communication, and empowering opportunities. To learn more about Weintraub Tobin or see current job opportunities, visit our careers page.
