Alison Geddes Named 2026 Nancy Hotchkiss Woman of Impact Award Recipient

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that shareholder Alison E. Geddes has been named the recipient of CREW Sacramento’s 2026 Nancy Hotchkiss Woman of Impact Award.
Named in honor of Nancy Hotchkiss, an attorney and former CREW Sacramento president, the award recognizes a woman who has made a significant impact on Sacramento’s commercial real estate industry while demonstrating a commitment to her community, family and friendships, and service to others.
“Alison has been part of Sacramento’s commercial real estate community for nearly 20 years and has established herself as a respected industry leader, said David Creeggan, shareholder and Chair of Weintraub Tobin’s Real Estate practice group. “As a past president of CREW Sacramento and a current board member of both BOMA Sacramento and BOMA California, Alison has demonstrated an enduring commitment to the industry and the community it serves. She is also a trusted advisor to her clients, who regularly turn to her for guidance in navigating complex real estate matters.”
Alison is a shareholder in Weintraub’s Real Estate practice group, where she represents commercial property owners in leasing, lease enforcement, and property management matters. She has also been actively involved with CREW Sacramento for many years, serving on its Board of Directors from 2015 to 2020 and as President from 2018 to 2019.
The Nancy Hotchkiss Woman of Impact Award will be presented as part of CREW Sacramento’s 2026 Women of Influence Awards on October 15, 2026.
