Keaton is an Associate in the Firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups, where he represents business owners, investors, and real estate clients in a range of transactional matters.
His practice focuses on both real estate and general corporate matters, assisting clients with transactions that support their business, investment, and real estate objectives.
Keaton takes a practical, business-minded approach to his practice, working to understand each client’s goals and provide clear, effective guidance throughout the representation to reach those goals in the most pragmatic way possible. He works with clients on matters involving the acquisition, disposition, ownership, financing, and operation of real estate. Keaton’s practice also focuses on a variety of business and corporate transactions, financing, and governance matters.
Outside of his practice, Keaton is an avid soccer player. He played on the Willamette University men’s soccer team and was part of the team that won the school’s first Northwest Conference title in 2017. Keaton still plays in a number of recreational leagues around Sacramento in his free time. He is also an enthusiastic foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants and cuisines every chance he gets.
