Alex Leshnick

Experience

Alex is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Group, where he represents clients in a range of litigation matters.

Alex’s practice spans many aspects of litigation, including research and motion practice, discovery strategy, and trial preparation. He works with clients of all sizes, from emerging companies to established businesses, to help them understand their options and mitigate risk, and when a dispute cannot be resolved early, to pursue the best outcome in court.

Prior to becoming an attorney, he served as corporate counsel at a technology company where he advised on a wide range of compliance and intellectual property matters. His background allows him to approach each matter with a comprehensive understanding of his client’s objectives and the impact on their business.

Alex earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. In law school, he was inducted into the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers. He also served as the Vice President of the Moot Court Executive Board and was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board.

Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys weight training and traveling to eat spicy food.
