Chloë is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation and Entertainment practice groups.

Chloë focuses on complex commercial disputes, including entertainment and intellectual property litigation. The foundation of her practice is continuous learning to understand client needs, conduct effective legal research, and craft creative arguments in pursuit of the best outcome under the circumstances.

Prior to joining Weintraub Tobin, Chloë advocated for clients in a wide range of matters, involving breach of contract, employment, intellectual property, government enforcement actions, partnership disputes, and more. Before private practice, she worked as a legal fellow at Freddie Mac.

As a law student, Chloë gained experience as a summer associate at law firms in Texas and Oklahoma, in the Conviction Integrity Unit of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and at Georgia Resource Center, where she contributed to death penalty appeals.

Having a great appreciation for her journalism roots, which catalyzed her perpetual journey toward becoming a skilled writer, during her undergraduate career, Chloë was a managing editor of the university newspaper, a broadcast journalist at the campus news station, and an intern at several major news outlets, including a stint at CNN.

Chloë is a member of the National Bar Association, Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, and the John M. Langston Bar Association.
