Jillian Harvey is a litigation associate at Weintraub Tobin’s San Francisco office.
Jillian has a broad range of experience representing clients across all stages of litigation from pre-lawsuit investigations to trial. She has extensive experience in all forms of disputes, including cases arising out of professional negligence, general negligence, breach of contract, statutory claims, and other civil disputes. Prior to joining Weintraub Tobin’s litigation practice, Jillian was a Special Assistant United States Attorney at the Northern District of California where she secured a guilty verdict for a convicted felon who attempted to sell an assault rifle on the black market. She has also worked at other civil litigation firms where she defended both insured and private businesses in a variety of matters in state and federal court, including toxic tort and general liability lawsuits.
While in law school, Jillian was a member of UC Hastings’ nationally ranked Intercollegiate Trial Team and was an editor of Hastings Women’s Law Journal. She also served as a law clerk for the Alameda County District Attorney and United States Attorney for the Northern District of California.
Originally from Pleasanton, California, Jillian resides in Oakland. When not helping clients with their legal needs, she spends her time skiing, hiking, and cooking for friends and family.
