Alexa Horner in the Davis Vanguard: Client Found Not Guilty by Jury Based on Video Evidence

On November 10, 2021, Weintraub attorney Alexa Horner successfully defended her client in front of a jury trial in San Francisco. The jury, after seeing video surveillance evidence that her client was acting in self-defense, acquitted the man of all charges.
“We are relieved that the jury used their common sense and followed the law to find him not guilty by virtue of self-defense,” said Horner, who was the Deputy Public Defender on the case.
