Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that attorney Meagan D. Bainbridge has earned a certificate in workplace investigations from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). Obtaining this certificate means that Meagan has passed the rigorous exam and demonstrated success at achieving the core knowledge and skills necessary to successfully perform impartial workplace investigations.
Meagan is a Weintraub shareholder and member of the Firm’s Labor and Employment and Litigation practice groups. She practices employment law and related litigation in state and federal courts and before various administrative agencies, and she regularly provides employment advice, counseling, training, and litigation defense to employers in multiple industries. As an AWI Certificate Holder (AWI-CH), Meagan conducts independent, impartial workplace investigations for both public and private employers.
“The AWI Training Institute provides top-notch training and testing for professional workplace investigators. Obtaining the AWI-CH designation evidences the investigator has a high degree of knowledge and skill in conducting investigations in challenging circumstances,” said Lizbeth “Beth” West, chair of the Weintraub Labor and Employment Group and an AWI-CH. “Meagan is an outstanding attorney, and obtaining this certificate will allow her to continue to assist California employers with their most complex workplace investigations.”
