On September 29, 2022, WT client Macrocosm Entertainment won a News and Documentary Emmy Award for the HBO Documentary film Street Gang: How We Got to Sesame Street. The documentary won for Outstanding Arts and Culture Documentary.

The HBO Documentary Film Street Gang: How We Got to Sesame Street has been nominated for two 2022 Emmy awards, one for Outstanding Arts and Culture Documentary and another for Outstanding Research: Documentary.
The film documents the first two decades of the iconic show Sesame Street, focusing specifically on how it interpreted radical changes in society while entertaining and educating children. It was in the works for over five years before debuting in 2021, presented by HBO Documentary Films as a Macrocosm Entertainment production in association with the Exchange and Bondit Media Capital. Weintraub clients Trevor Crafts and Ellen Scherer Crafts are among the producers.
Macrocosm Entertainment and the Crafts are represented by Weintraub shareholder Matt Sugarman. Weintraub attorneys worked on the project for over six years, including Tara Sattler and Jamie Lincenberg.
