Jeanne Vance Discusses The Medicare Physician Fee Schedule for Medicare Mental Health Coalition

On June 29th, Weintraub shareholder Jeanne L. Vance presented in the Medicare 301 Webinar alongside Gina Mendola of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for the Medicare Mental Health Coalition. The webinar aimed to help marriage and family therapists (“MFTs”) and counselors understand the implications of The Mental Health Access Improvement Act.
Jeanne’s presentation focused on the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, which will be the mechanism for paying MFTs and counselors, and the place where policy updates to regulations are made.
