Scott Hervey Top Author on JD Supra; Weintraub Top Trademark Firm

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that attorney Scott Hervey has been named the Top Author for Trademarks, and the Firm has been named the Top Firm for Trademarks, in the 2024 JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards.
Scott Hervey ranked first out of over 1,700 Trademark authors on JD Supra for 2023, his third consecutive year in the top ten Trademark authors. An entertainment, intellectual property, and business attorney who works with companies in a variety of different industries, Scott is co-lead of the Firm’s entertainment Business & Legal Affairs group.
