Jacqueline Simonovich Invited as Associate Fellow to Litigation Counsel of America

Weintraub Tobin is honored to announce that Jacqueline Simonovich has been invited to join the Litigation Counsel of America as an Associate Fellow.

As an associate at Weintraub Tobin, Jacqueline regularly defends businesses and nonprofits facing litigation in California state and federal courts. She handles a wide range of issues for her clients, including contractual, employment, and tort disputes, as well as constitutional issues. She has litigated matters before international arbitral forums, including the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the International Chamber of Commerce.

Jacqueline works to improve diversity within the legal profession, having served as the Diversity Director for the Barristers Club of the Bar Association of San Francisco and in her current role as President-Elect.  She plans and executes the Barristers Annual Diversity Conference and Awards, which highlights issues facing underrepresented attorneys.  She also frequently presents and writes about diversity, equity, and inclusion issues within the legal profession.

The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only honorary society of trial lawyers, limited to just 3,500 fellows across the United States. Less than one half of one percent of American lawyers are admitted with an aggressively diverse composition of trial lawyers across all segments of the bar. Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated for effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation.
