Jacqueline is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice group. 

She has represented a wide variety of clients in both state and federal courts. She has litigated matters before international arbitral forums, including the International Centre for Dispute Resolution and the International Chamber of Commerce.  Jacqueline handles a range of matters for her clients, including breach of contract, real estate, landlord-tenant, and joint venture/partnership disputes.

Jacqueline received her J.D. from Berkeley Law School, where she received the Prosser Prize in Health Law and Policy.  She served as a publishing editor for the Berkeley Journal of International Law. She represented a prisoner sentenced to the death penalty as a Berkeley Law’s Death Penalty Clinic member.  Before joining Weintraub Tobin, Jacqueline practiced at a large international law firm, focusing her practice on breach of contract issues and representing her clients in international commercial arbitration.

Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her husband and cats and trying to get to her 1000th Peloton ride.
