Weintraub Tobin’s managing shareholder, Gary L. Bradus, is celebrating 35 years with the Firm. Gary joined Weintraub in 1990 and has been acting as managing shareholder since 2017.
A pillar of the Firm, Gary continues to be a thoughtful leader and inspiration to those around him.

Gary is a leader in the Firm’s Chamber’s ranked Corporate M&A practice, representing lenders and borrowers in sophisticated loan transactions, purchases and sales of businesses, emphasizing mergers and acquisitions and asset sales and stock purchases, and sales across all industries. Gary also helps businesses from formation through all stages of operation, including employment, shareholder and director rights and duties, corporate governance, and other internal issues.
His tremendous experience has also allowed him to mentor and guide Weintraub attorneys in growing their practices.

He is also an active member of his community, having been involved in several impactful organizations including CEOs Against Cancer and the Greater Sacramento Area Economic Council. He actively serves on the board of Make-A-Wish® Northeastern & Central California.
