Lily M. Harris Named Trusts & Estates Practice Group Leader

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that Lily M. Harris has been named practice group leader for the Firm’s Trusts & Estates group.
Lily is a shareholder and experienced litigator who represents clients in a broad range of matters, with a primary focus on trusts and estates litigation. A California State Bar Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, she provides comprehensive representation in contested estate, trust guardianship, and conservatorship cases.
Lily is a content contributor for numerous CEB Treatises including on Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax and Crossover Issues in Estate Planning and Family Law. She regularly speaks on trusts and estates issues, including for the National Business Institute, the Professional Fiduciary Association of California and the California Lawyers Association. She was most recently recognized in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch (2025 Edition).

Lily replaces Weintraub shareholder Carlena Tapella who served as practice group leader from January 2022 to December 2025. Her practice encompasses all areas of trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation and administration. We thank her for her years of service in this role.
