  • When: May 20, 2026 11:30 am PDT - 12:30 pm PDT
  • Where: Virtual

On Wednesday, May 20th Weintraub Shareholder Dustin Amrein will present “Payment Enforcement: Lien Law,” on behalf of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of California. This comprehensive webinar is designed to help contractors protect their right to payment. The session will cover the four critical forms every contractor must understand—Preliminary Notice, Mechanic’s Lien, Stop Notice Claim, and Payment Bond Claim—and explain how they apply across both public and private works projects. Attendees will gain practical insight into completing these forms correctly, understand their purpose, and learn effective strategies for recovering unpaid sums, even in situations where payment rights were not initially exercised.

This interactive course will also highlight potential penalties for delayed payments and provide attendees with the opportunity to engage in a dedicated Q&A session to address specific concerns. Participants will leave with the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate the complexities of payment enforcement and safeguard their earnings in the construction industry.

This program is $99 for AGC Members and $149 for non-members.
