Dustin Amrein is a senior attorney in the Firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups. 

An experienced litigation attorney, Dustin represents contractors, subcontractors, owners, and material suppliers in complex construction and real estate disputes.

Dustin regularly assists construction clients in actions involving mechanics liens, stop notices, construction delays, and construction defects disputes. His experience in helping contractors navigate and secure construction contracts helps him understand the complexities that often to lead to litigation in the construction industry.

Dustin also represents commercial real estate clients through easement and quiet title actions, encroachment disputes, breach of lease and unlawful detainer actions, and complex contract disputes.

He is active with many local industry organizations, including the Sacramento Regional Builder’s Exchange, where he sat on the Construction Legal Committee from 2021-2022; the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Sacramento, where he sat on the Emerging Leaders Board from 2019-2021; and the Sacramento County Bar Association, where he was Chair of the Real Property Law Section from 2015-2017. He currently sits on the Legal Advisory Committee for the Association of General Contractors (AGC) of California.
