Weintraub Tobin Welcomes Kassy Schuenke

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to welcome Kassy Schuenke as an associate in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Based in the Firm’s Sacramento office, Kassy represents businesses, investors, and private companies across a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and intellectual property matters. She advises clients throughout the business lifecycle, from entity formation and organizational matters to strategic transactions and exit events.
Prior to joining the Firm, Kassy practiced in the Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups at law firms in New Jersey and New York, where she represented private companies, investors, and emerging growth businesses across a range of industries. Her practice has included advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, financing transactions, commercial agreements, and intellectual property matters. She also has experience managing transactions from due diligence through closing, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents and coordinating deal teams.
