Lily Harris appointed to California Lawyers Association’s TEXCOM

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that shareholder and Trusts & Estates practice group leader, Lily M. Harris, was appointed as a new member of the Trusts and Estates Section Executive Committee of the California Lawyers Association – or TEXCOM.
Lily is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a broad range of matters, including litigation, planning, and administration. A California State Bar Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, she provides comprehensive representation in contested estate, trust guardianship, and conservatorship cases.
Comprised of 38 attorneys who serve 6-year terms, TEXCOM advances the practice of trusts and estates law in California by educating attorneys, promoting scholarship, and improving our statutes through the legislative process. Lily is excited to be part of this incredibly important organization.
