Anders is a key member of the Firm’s Corporate group, where he specializes in mergers & acquisitions, business formation, corporate governance & compliance, and commercial transactions.
His expertise extends to offering deep insights in contract drafting, negotiations, and strategic acquisitions. He routinely represents clients ranging from family-owned businesses to tech startups to healthcare companies. Anders is particularly adept at assisting his clients in navigating compliance and exemptions related to beneficial ownership matters under the Corporate Transparency Act.
A graduate of U.C. Davis Law School, Anders brings a local perspective combined with a strong foundation in Economics and Business, which he received during his undergraduate experience at Brigham Young University. Since entering the legal field, he has quickly become known for his ability to address complex legal and regulatory challenges, providing practical and dynamic solutions tailored to a diverse clientele. His economic and business acumen, alongside his technical proficiency, enables him to strategically manage the intricacies of corporate law, helping clients achieve their objectives within the regulatory framework.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Anders appreciates spending time kayaking and paddleboarding on Lake Natoma and Folsom Lake with his family. He also enjoys exploring the regions growing culinary scene as an aspiring foodie.
Anders has been recognized as a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2023. He actively contributes to the legal community through his memberships in the Business Law Sections of both the California Lawyers Association and the Sacramento County Bar Association.
