His practice focuses on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements within the healthcare industry and beyond.
Anders works closely with businesses to structure and negotiate complex transactions while ensuring compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations, including Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Corporate Practice of Medicine Doctrine, and HIPAA. His experience extends to advising on management services agreements, joint ventures, corporate structuring, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
