Anders L. Bostrom

Anders returned to Weintraub’s Tobin’s Litigation Practice Group as a Business Litigation attorney after joining the Firm during law school as a summer associate.

He approaches client challenges from an entrepreneur’s perspective, having founded and operated a media development company that helped businesses deliver online educational content to employees and customers while an undergraduate student at Brigham Young University. With that business foundation, Anders assists clients in the various legal issues they encounter, including contract, real estate, corporate governance (or “partnership”) disputes, trade secrets, copyright, and trademark matters.

Anders received his Juris Doctor from nationally-ranked U.C. Davis Law School, where he served in leadership roles as the Vice President of External Affairs for the King Hall International Law Association and as a research editor for the Journal of International Law and Policy. He also sharpened his negotiation and deal-making skills competing in the UCLA Transactional Law Competition.

As an undergraduate at BYU, Anders studied economics. He put his entrepreneurial skills to use as a volunteer with LDS Employment Services. He spent four months living in São Paulo, Brazil, teaching career-building skills such as résumé writing and interviewing.

Outside of the office, Anders enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter, both Sacramento natives. He also loves traveling to new places and seeks out opportunities to practice his Portuguese language skills.
