Four Weintraub Attorneys Recognized in Top 100 Northern California Super Lawyers List

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that four attorneys have been recognized in the 2026 Northern California Super Lawyers Top 100 List. The attorneys recognized are Gary L. Bradus, David W. Creeggan, Louis A. Gonzalez, Jr., and Lizbeth (Beth) V. West. The Top 100 list honors the attorneys who achieved the highest overall scores in the Northern California Super Lawyers nomination, research, and peer evaluation process. In addition to her recognition in the Top 100 list, Beth West was also recognized among the Top 50: 2026 Women Northern California Super Lawyers List, further highlighting her outstanding professional achievements and peer recognition.
Gary Bradus is the Firm’s managing shareholder and a shareholder in the Corporate practice group. He represents businesses from formation through all stages of operation, assisting clients with corporate governance, shareholder and director rights and duties, and other internal matters. Gary also represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, stock purchases, and secured lending transactions.
Dave Creeggan is a shareholder and Practice Group Leader for the Firm’s Real Estate practice group. A transactional real estate attorney with more than 20 years of experience, his practice includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, tax-deferred exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, sale-leaseback transactions, title matters, easements, and asset management. His clients range from family-owned businesses to publicly traded companies.
Louis Gonzalez is a senior shareholder and senior trial attorney in the Firm’s Litigation practice group. He has tried more than 30 jury trials to verdict, as well as numerous court trials and binding arbitrations. Louis represents clients in a wide range of business and real estate disputes, including commercial developers, home builders, landowners, and lenders. He also currently serves on the Firm’s Managing Board.
Beth West is a shareholder in the Firm’s Labor & Employment practice group and has been licensed to practice law in California and Washington for over 25 years. She advises employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, including recruiting and hiring, wage and hour compliance, effective employment contracts and policies, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodation obligations, prevention of harassment and discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower protections, embezzlement and misappropriation of trade secrets, and terminations and layoffs. Beth also provides employment mediation services, and is an AWI-trained workplace investigator who conducts investigations for both private companies and public agencies.
