Weintraub Tobin is proud to announce that partner Jessica Marlow has been recognized in Variety’s 2026 Women’s Impact Report, an annual feature highlighting influential women whose accomplishments, leadership and impact are helping shape the entertainment and media industries. Jessica is a leader within the firm’s Entertainment & Media Practice Group, serves on the firm’s board of directors, and is a founding member of the firm’s Women of Weintraub (WOW) affinity group.
Jessica represents high-profile creators across digital media, podcasting, film, television, publishing, touring, brand partnerships, licensing and emerging media ventures. Working at the intersection of entertainment, business and the creator economy, she helps clients build multidimensional careers and expand their brands across platforms through sophisticated partnerships and strategic deals.
Among Jessica’s notable recent work is her representation of powerhouse sister duo Claudia and Jackie Oshry, creators and hosts of The Toast. In October 2025, Jessica negotiated a landmark three-year agreement for the Oshrys to remain with Dear Media, their largest deal to date. The agreement, which includes exclusive advertising, promotion and production rights, preserves the independence of The Toast, a daily podcast with more than 100 million Spotify listens, while positioning the brand for continued growth across live events, branded content and multimedia ventures.
Jessica also represents Remi Parsons, co-host of the Webby Award-winning podcast Pretty Basic. Over the past year, she represented Parsons in connection with the release of her New York Times bestselling cookbook, Let’s Get Cooking: Everyday Meals, Tipsy Favorites, and Comfort Food Cravings, as well as the renegotiation of Pretty Basic. The podcast has grown into a broader lifestyle brand encompassing live events, merchandise and video content, including a live tour presented in partnership with The Coca-Cola Company’s Simply Pop. Jessica also advised Parsons in connection with the launch of her second podcast, Basically Unfiltered, which debuted at No. 1 on both Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
Jessica’s work reflects the rapidly evolving creator economy and the increasingly sophisticated ways today’s talent are building businesses beyond a single platform. By helping creators translate their audiences and intellectual property into enduring brands, she continues to play a significant role in shaping the next generation of entertainment.
