Weintraub Senior Attorney Jessica Corpuz will be presenting on October 20th for the 15th Annual Superior Court Boot Camp — Program II: The Nuts and Bolts of Your Trial.
Summary:
This two-part, dynamic, and information-packed online course will cover the full spectrum of litigating in California State Court.
The first part will cover the steps leading up to trial and the second part will cover trial and post-trial topics. Jessica will be covering the final status conference, excluding witnesses, and motions in limine.
These are practical programs designed to teach newer attorneys the basics of superior court practice and give them litigation tools and strategies. It is also suitable for attorneys who haven’t litigated in some time and who want to get a refresher.
