Beth is a Shareholder at Weintraub Tobin, and Chair of the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. She assists employers in all aspects of their employment relationship with their employees by providing trusted counseling and training on employment law compliance, as well as defending employers in employment disputes and governmental audits. With her years of experience as an employment attorney and her certification in employment mediation, Beth also provides effective mediation services both pre and post-litigation. Beth is a charter and sustaining member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and is often retained to conduct independent investigations for employers in both the public and private sector.
