Annie Marcroft is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice group, where she combines critical thinking and creativity to achieve results that matter most to her clients.

Annie represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of general and complex business disputes, including commercial lease conflicts, quiet title actions, class actions, and construction defect litigation. Annie’s practice encompasses every stage of the litigation process, from pre-suit negotiations through trial and post-judgment appeals.

With over a decade of service industry experience before law school, Annie brings real-world perspective to solving her clients’ most complex challenges. During law school, Annie also worked as a summer clerk for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler, Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. These experiences sharpened the analytical, research, and writing skills Annie now uses to present her clients’ cases with clarity.
