Ben Lewis is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation group, where he focuses his practice on education, employment, and non-profit/religious entity litigation.

He has a broad range of counsel and litigation experience, including wage and hour, claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Ben supports clients through all stages of litigation, including drafting proactive policies and corporate strategies to effectively prevent the occurrence of future issues. Prior to working at Weintraub Tobin, Ben served at civil litigation firms in the areas of landlord-tenant, workers’ compensation, and employment discrimination law.

Ben obtained his law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law. In law school, he served as the Managing Editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal, facilitating the publication of articles and managed six teams of editors. He also participated in the UC Davis Civil Rights Clinic, in which he gained practical knowledge about constitutional law and federal court procedure. Through this Clinic, he filed a winning brief with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals that ensured proper living conditions for Yuba County Jail inmates.
