Devinn is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.
Devinn represents her clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other development related documents, as well as handling closings and conducting title review.
Prior to joining the Firm’s Real Estate Group, Devinn represented individuals and professional fiduciaries in many aspects of the Firm’s Trust & Estates Group, including elder financial abuse litigation, contested conservatorships, and trust administration.
Devinn received her law degree from the McGeorge School of Law, where she actively participated in law review as both a writer and editor. While at McGeorge, Devinn served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Morrison J. England, Federal Court Judge in the Eastern District of California. Devinn earned her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
In her free time, Devinn enjoys baking, completing home renovation projects, and cheering on Bay Area sports teams.
