Eric is an associate in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates practice group.

Eric’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. He regularly advises individuals and families with respect to their estate planning needs, including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care documents, property transfer documents, irrevocable trusts, lifetime gifting, and charitable giving.

Eric also has experience representing beneficiaries, as well as non-professional and professional fiduciaries, in both contested and non-contested trust and estate administrations in Probate Courts throughout the State of California.

Before attending law school, Eric worked as a paralegal in Orange County. Eric earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University with a double-major in Economics and English and a minor in Business Studies. He received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at Hastings, Eric received a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Commercial Contract Drafting and a CALI Award for Excellence in Applied Wills & Trusts, and served as Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal, Volume 70.
