Jeff is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property groups.

Jeff focuses his practice on representing public and private companies.

He represents clients in all aspects of Corporate and Securities Law, Corporate Governance, Venture Capital & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Intellectual Property matters. Jeff represents a broad range of clients from non-profits to start-ups to publicly traded companies. He regularly prepares and advises public companies regarding initial and secondary offerings under the Securities Act of 1933 and the preparation and filing of reports under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Jeff earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis, in 2006. While a student, Jeff served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and the UC Davis Business Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Jeff worked for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where he obtained his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. At Schwab, Jeff worked as a financial advisor providing guidance to his clients on various matters, such as portfolio and risk allocation, stock selection, retirement and tax planning.

Jeff was named a Rising Star by Northern California Super Lawyers in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
