Marc is an associate in Weintraub’s Litigation practice group, focusing his practice on general business litigation.

Recognizing that no two clients are the same, Marc effectively blends trial strategy with business pragmatism to help businesses reach their unique goals.

Before joining Weintraub, Marc worked at a prominent national law firm providing comprehensive litigation services to businesses and individuals in a wide array of practice areas. At Weintraub, Marc continues to handle a wide range of matters for his clients, including contract disputes, real estate litigation, partnership dissolutions, and intellectual property disputes.

Marc earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, graduating near the top of his class. While in law school, Marc earned several Witkin awards for his top performance in various legal courses, including business associations, evidence, remedies, and negotiations. Marc also developed valuable courtroom skills as an intern at the Sacramento Public Defender’s Office. In his spare time, Marc enjoys spending time with his family and friends, whether it be exploring the outdoors or writing and playing music.
