Melanie De Marco is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Real Estate and Corporate groups, where she advises businesses, investors, and individuals on a wide range of business and real estate transactions.

She works with clients of all sizes, taking the time to understand their objectives and providing practical, business-minded counsel tailored to their needs.

Melanie’s corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, business entity formation and dissolution, and corporate governance. She approaches each matter with a focus on practical problem-solving, helping clients navigate legal and business considerations and move transactions forward efficiently.

In her real estate practice, Melanie represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties and advises clients on real estate financing.
Melanie is known for her clear, straightforward communication style and her ability to make complex legal issues understandable and actionable. She values building strong relationships with her clients and providing responsive counsel that reflects their particular business objectives and priorities.

Outside of the office, Melanie enjoys anything outdoors, including off-roading, hiking, golf, camping, mountain biking, and snowboarding. If she can bring her dogs, that is a bonus.
