Wayne Kazan is a partner in the Firm’s Entertainment practice group, where he has practiced since 1998.
Wayne’s practice encompasses all aspects of the entertainment and technology industries, including film, television, video games and other interactive media and software, music and publishing.
Wayne came to Los Angeles after graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder with the misguided impression that he would have a career as a rapper. When that did not work out, he went to law school.
Wayne was recognized in Variety‘s Legal Impact Report in 2021 and chosen as one of Variety’s top “Dealmakers” for 2014 and 2011. He is frequently sought after as a guest lecturer and panelist.
