Weintraub Supports Barristers Club Diversity Conference 2023

Weintraub was proud to support the 2023 Barristers Club Diversity Conference, “Defending Diversity!” The two-day event was presented by the Bar Association of San Francisco’s Barristers Club Diversity and Inclusion Committee and aimed to deepen awareness around racial equity and inclusion efforts within the legal industry. 

Weintraub Supports Hope Cooperative’s 11th Annual Stand Up Sacramento Comedy Fundraiser

On November 2nd, Hope Cooperative hosted its 11th Annual Stand Up Sacramento Comedy Fundraiser, benefitting individuals and families experiencing mental health and homelessness challenges in the Sacramento area. Weintraub Tobin shareholder Lizbeth “Beth” West, who serves as the organization’s Board President, addressed attendees. The Firm was also a proud sponsor of the event.

Weintraub Supports 2023 Hard Hats and High Heels Gala for Habitat for Humanity

Weintraub Tobin was proud to support Habitat for Humanity’s 2023 Hard Hats and High Heels Gala. The annual event, celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, raised a record-breaking $497k to help support the work of Habitat for Humanity in addressing the affordable housing crisis in the Greater Sacramento Region.

Weintraub Participates in the 2023 Make-A-Wish® Poker Tournament

On August 12th, the Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada Chapter of Make-A-Wish hosted its 2023 Make-A-Wish® Poker Tournament, celebrating 40 years of granting wishes for children with critical illnesses. This year’s event raised more than $135,000 to support kids in the greater Sacramento area.

Weintraub shareholder Mark Ellinghouse won the tournament, doing both good and well!
