Daniel C. Kim Appointed to Trusts and Estates Executive Committee (TEXCOM) for California Lawyers Association

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that Daniel C. Kim has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association, commonly known as TEXCOM. Comprised of 35 attorneys who volunteer their time for six-year terms, TEXCOM works towards logical development of the law in the field of trusts and estates.

Daniel is a Weintraub shareholder and member of the Firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. His practice focuses on all aspects of trusts and estates litigation, including fiduciary abuse, elder financial abuse, contested trust administrations, probate, and contested conservatorships. He served as Chair for the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Sacramento County Bar Association in 2022, as well as Vice Chair in 2021 and Secretary in 2020.

Daniel also regularly presents at educational conferences, seminars, and meetings on topics that relate to fiduciary duty and litigation prevention in trusts and estates administration. His writing has appeared in the California Trusts and Estates Quarterly and on JD Supra.
