Weintraub Tobin Participates in 30th Annual PFAC Conference
Published: May 22, 2025
The Weintraub Tobin Trusts & Estates team was proud to attend and present at the 30th Annual Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC) Conference, held May 7–9, 2025, at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim.
As part of the conference agenda, attorneys Kelly Dankbar, Lily Harris, and Josiah Prendergast led an educational session titled “Navigating Business Interests as a Fiduciary.” The presentation addressed key considerations for private fiduciaries managing business assets in probate and trust administrations.

The Weintraub Tobin booth welcomed attendees from across the state, where Weintraub attorneys Daniel Kim and Madeline Giles helped to connect with visitors and offer education on how they help protect private professional fiduciaries and their clients. Booth visitors also enjoyed snagging some exclusive WT swag and participating in digital WT Trivia. On Thursday, clients and colleagues enjoyed an afternoon in a hosted private cabana.
The team appreciated the opportunity to engage with so many dedicated fiduciary professionals and looks forward to connecting again next year at PFAC 2026 in Sacramento. For more on the Weintraub Tobin Trusts & Estates group, please see the practice area page.
