Blake Gibbs Named Treasurer of Sacramento County Bar Association Construction Law Section

Weintraub Tobin is pleased to announce that Blake Gibbs has been named Treasurer of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.
Blake is an Associate at Weintraub Tobin and a member of the firm’s Litigation and Construction practice groups. He represents clients throughout California in complex business, construction, and real property disputes. His experience includes corporate governance and internal business disputes, breach of contract claims, mechanics’ lien and stop notice actions, construction delay matters, easement and encroachment issues, quiet title actions, breach of lease disputes, unlawful detainer actions, and other sophisticated contract and property-related litigation.
The Treasurer position of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Construction Law Section was previously held by Weintraub Tobin shareholder Daniel Steinberg.
