Blake Gibbs is an Associate in the Firm’s Construction and Litigation practice groups.

He serves clients throughout California on complex business, construction, and real property litigation matters, including corporate governance/internal disputes between business owners (“partnership disputes”), breach of contract, real property disputes, actions involving mechanics liens, stop notices, construction delays, easement and quiet title actions, encroachment disputes, breach of lease and unlawful detainer actions, and complex contract disputes. Blake is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and Treasurer of the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Construction Law Section.

During law school, Blake worked for the Unified Family Court in San Francisco, providing him with the necessary experience to help clients navigate complex family law disputes. Prior to law school, Blake had a successful career as a sales representative for a medical device manufacturer.

Outside of the Firm, Blake enjoys spending time with family and staying connected with his community. A highlight of Blake’s week is when he and his extended family come together for “Sunday dinner.” Blake is also a former college athlete who continues to stay active by training Brazilian Jiu jitsu.
