Jessica Marlow and Shaun Gordon Named to The Hollywood Reporter’s 2026 Power Reps: Creators List

Weintraub Tobin is proud to announce that partners Jessica Marlow and Shaun Gordon have been named to The Hollywood Reporter’s 2026 Power Reps: Creator List. This is the second consecutive year both have been recognized, following their inclusion on the publication’s inaugural list in 2025. Jessica and Shaun counsel some of the industry’s most influential creators, podcasters, and media companies as they build businesses spanning publishing, film, television, consumer products, live experiences, and brand partnerships.

“Shaun and Jessica are redefining what creator representation looks like today. They innovate on behalf of their clients at every turn, whether that means structuring a first-of-its-kind deal or protecting creators’ brands in a market that changes by the week,” said Wayne Kazan, Entertainment & Media Practice Group Leader at Weintraub Tobin.

Jessica Marlow is a partner in Weintraub’s Entertainment & Media practice group and serves as a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. She represents a diverse roster of creators, including Claudia and Jackie Oshry, hosts of The Toast; Remi Parsons, co-host of Pretty Basic and Basically Unfiltered; and Chris Olsen, TikTok creator and author of the memoir I Think My Therapist Hates Me. Notably, Jessica negotiated the Oshrys’ landmark three-year partnership with Dear Media, as well as their partnership with Spotify, helping expand the reach and commercial footprint of The Toast. She also represented Parsons in connection with her New York Times bestselling cookbook, Let’s Get Cooking: Everyday Meals, Tipsy Favorites, and Comfort Food Cravings, extending her work in digital media into publishing.

Shaun Gordon, also a partner in the firm’s Entertainment & Media practice group, represents leading creators, talent, and media companies. As counsel to Alex Cooper and Unwell, Shaun advises on the business behind Call Her Daddy, the Unwell Network, film projects, live events, touring, and major brand partnerships, including Unwell’s distribution relationship with SiriusXM. In 2026, Unwell raised its first outside capital at a reported $500 million pre-money valuation, marking another milestone in its growth into a diversified entertainment company. Shaun also represents Caleb Pressley, creator and host of Sundae Conversation, advising on his production company, talent agreements, and brand partnerships. His recent work includes a significant Fanatics agreement making the company the show’s presenting sponsor for the NFL season and launching a new Pressley series.
