Kim has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Lawyers Association, commonly known as TEXCOM. Comprised of 35 attorneys who volunteer their time for six-year terms, TEXCOM works towards logical development of the law in the field of trusts and estates.

On August 12th, the Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada Chapter of Make-A-Wish hosted its 2023 Make-A-Wish® Poker Tournament, celebrating 40 years of granting wishes for children with critical illnesses. This year’s event raised more than $135,000 to support kids in the greater Sacramento area.
Weintraub shareholder Mark Ellinghouse won the tournament, doing both good and well!
