On Tuesday, May 5th, Weintraub shareholder Lizbeth “Beth” West will present “The Leap That Changed Everything: Stories of Women Who Turned Doubt Into Direction” at the Better Business Bureau’s 2026 Sacramento Women’s Conference. Beth will be joined by Dr. Christina Bilyeu from the Kaiser Permanente Greater Sacramento Valley Psychiatry Residency, to discuss the challenges and inspirations they experienced in their career paths. They will share their journeys and explain how important it was to rewrite the stories they had learned, or told themselves, about what they could and couldn’t do, and discuss how perseverance led them to create their own professional legacy with a commitment to lift others along the way.

Devinn Martin to speak at UC Davis Law School’s FGASB Culture Week
