Experience

Michelle is an associate in the Firm’s Entertainment & Media practice group. Based in Los Angeles, Michelle helps clients navigate the legal waters of the entertainment industry, including film and television production, digital media, and music.

Prior to joining Weintraub, Michelle served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Justice Murray in the Third District Appellate Court. She also aided the Small Business Administration (SBA) with disaster relief efforts in Houston for four months following Hurricane Harvey.

Michelle earned her J.D. with Distinction from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and graduated as a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society for academic achievement.  During law school, Michelle served as the vice-chair of McGeorge’s nationally ranked Moot Court team and competed in the ABA and Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competitions, winning second place nationally.

In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors, especially snowboarding, enjoying music, and playing piano.
