David is an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property groups. David focuses his practice on representing public and private companies.

David earned his J.D. with distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in 2009, where he was a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society, which recognizes academic excellence. As a law student, David served as the Chief Legislation Editor for the McGeorge Law Review, and was also a Comment and Legislative Staff Writer. During law school, David was a judicial extern to the Honorable Justice Harry E. Hull, Jr. of the California Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District. David also worked as an extern to the Honorable Judge Consuelo M. Callahan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading and sports. David is fluent in Armenian.
