Zach is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Intellectual Property groups and specializes in business litigation and intellectual property litigation. He has experience with all phases of the litigation process in California and Nevada state and federal courts including pretrial pleading and motion practice, discovery, mediation, arbitration and trial.

Prior to joining the firm in 2008, Zach worked as an associate at law firms in Reno and Los Angeles focusing his practice on commercial litigation. In this capacity, he represented clients in a variety of litigation matters in the areas of breach of contract, business torts, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, defamation, products liability, and real estate disputes.

In his free time Zach enjoys backpacking, snowsports, running, and sailing on Lake Tahoe.
