David Christopher Baker is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice and Intellectual Property Groups. An experienced litigator, David has been practicing law in California for over 25 years. David concentrates his practice on Intellectual Property where he assists companies in building, enhancing and protecting their brands through the use of trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and other intellectual property methods.
Prior to joining the firm, David served as Head of the IP law practice group at a Southern California Law firm providing civil litigation and transactional representation, particularly involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and trade dress to apparel manufacturers and retailers, entertainment companies, publishers, comic book writers and artists, computer software companies, education companies, restaurant owners, transportation companies, real estate developers, property management companies, and individual inventors and aspiring entrepreneurs.
David received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, School of Law. In his spare time, David enjoys reenacting Civil War, golf, tennis, airsoft military simulation, hiking, biking, military history research and writing, and travel
